We are a family run business and our guest and staff safety are our top priority. We are members of The Professional Association of Self Caterers (PASC) and are closely following guidance from them, Visit Britain, Visit England and official Government bodies to ensure we are adhering to the latest advice and best practice in relation to Covid.
In addition we have been successfully awarded The Visit Britain Good to Go Industry Standard Certificate and the AA Covid Confident certification. Acquiring these Industry Standard marks means that our business has followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, has a Risk Assessment in place that has been professionally reviewed and have clear strategies to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing. In addition we are also taking additional measures including;
Providing our cleaning staff with PPE, training and appropriate cleaning products with World Health Organisation recommendations, that conform to BS EN1276 certification and kill 99.999% of bacteria
Providing additional cleaning products, hand sanitizers and surface cleaners throughout the house for use by guests during their stay
All linen is professionally laundered at high temperatures between each group of guests
Increasing the time we take to clean between each group of guests to allow us to meet new standards
Provide self check in and self check out arrangements so guests can have a contact free stay
Once on site guests will have complete private use of the 6300sqft house plus secluded 13 acre estate
